If you are using windows Vista, the utility file preprocess.bat is flagged as something malicious. This needs to be removed from the build.

Is this fixed yet? Seem to be getting the same issue here from both the manual install and the remote site. Get's stuck on dictionary/preprocess.bat whilst installing on Vista.

Its fixed in 1.3.1 but I havent put the update up yet. Need to finish some things before its stable.

Hi Mark,

I've managed to install it whilst running Eclipse in administrator mode. You can close this again if you want.
