Description

Currently the CF8 dictionary is incomplete and some tags and functions are missing new CF8 syntax.

I've put together a MySql? DB containing all the CF8 dictionary as sourced from the CF8 taglib and the current CF8 dictionary in the build which we can build future files from. However, and having trouble finding a nice source for functions so we may have to stick with what we have there and rely on people to flag up problems.

There is another ticket, cfloop array= which seems like a subtask of this. I submitted a patch over there fyi.

Are there any specific dictionary tags that were not fixed by #464? If not we should close this ticket and fix any other problems that pop up.
