Preferences: Annotations

An Annotation is a piece of information attached to your CFML page which displays information like errors, breakpoints, and bookmarks etc.

For each annotation you have 4 options

Show in

• Text as - This option controls whether the selected annotation type is shown in the text. The corresponding text will be underlined with squiggles or highlighted.
• Overview ruler - This option controls whether the overview ruler on the right side of the text editor is shown.
• Vertical ruler - This option controls whether the selected annotation type is shown in the vertical ruler.
• Color - This option controls the color for the selected annotation type.
